  1. How can I check my reservation?  

    Sign-in to www.t-with.com and select “Purchase History” from the top right menu. You can check the reservation history and status from the “Purchase History”.  

  2. What happens after the reservation?  

    After the reservation, information on the reserved item and details are sent to your E-mail. Once the reservation is confirmed, another E-mail with e-voucher attached will be sent. E-voucher can be used on T-WITH website or on the app account.  

  3. I completed my reservation but still haven’t received a confirmation E-mail. What should I do?

    Please contact customer service center or help@t-with.com 

  4. How can I change reservation information after completing the reservation? 

    Select Change Reservation at the customer center and select the item you wish to change. Fill out the change/submit and send to help@t-with.com and we will process the change.  

  5. How can I receive the reservation voucher?  

    After the reservation is confirmed, we will send you the reservation voucher. If you haven’t received the E-mail, please check your spam mail. If you still didn’t receive any, please contact customer center.  

  6. How can I change the date?  

    Warning! If you wish to change the date, you may have to pay a fee to the product provider in partial or full. Carefully read the cancellation terms and if you need to cancel the reservation, request cancellation under Menu-My Page-Purchase History.
