  1. What should I do when in need of help?  

    Please use the Customer Service Center within the time of operation KST 10:00-18:00, or write an E-mail to help@t-with.com, or our customer center-chat. (Service language: English, Chinese, Japanese)  

  2. I wish to change my password.  

    Sign-in to www.t-with.com and click on “My Page” from the top right menu. Enter your current password and on the Change Information page enter the new password. For account protection, set your password with a combination of at least 8 letters and numbers.   

  3. I forgot my password.  

    On the sign-in page of www.t-with.com, click on ‘Find Password’. A link to reset the password will be sent to the E-mail you registered with.  

  4. I wish to delete my account.  

    Please inquire at help@t-with.com  

  5. How do I change my personal information?  

    You can change on “My Page” of top right menu. After the change, please click “Change” button on the bottom of the page.  

  6. After completing the reservation, when can I receive my reservation voucher?  

    Each item has different confirmation time. Please check details on the item before purchasing. Most of the items are confirmed immediately or within 24 hours.
