Refund List

1. I requested for a refund but still haven’t received it. 

   Depending on the method of purchase, the refund process time differs.

   Paypal: immediate refund

   Credit card: 5-7 business days for authorization cancel and refund

   Particular credit cards can take up to 30 days.

   If you didn’t get a refund even after a certain period, contact help@t-with.com 

2. How can I request for a refund?  

   1. Check the refund availability under refund policy of the purchase item.

   2. If the item can be refunded, contact the customer center or help@t-with.com and we will process the refund.
