- All Tourists must bring Passport on day of tour.
- DMZ Tour is open to all tourists.
- No restrict country, No age limit, No dress code for DMZ Tour.
- Not wheelchair accessible.
- Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions.
- Not recommended for pregnant women.
- Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, The tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
- Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability.
- There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.
- Be careful. We are usually waited 10 minutes more from pick-up time. If you are no-show on tour day, our tour guide took an evidence picture and payment is not refundable.

- If you cancel at least 3 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
- If you cancel between 2 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.
- If you cancel within 1 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
